Motion Blur

Motion blur is a cool effect you can use on your layouts. keep on reading if you want to learn this effect.


Step 1: First you have to make a layout or find a picture you want to use. I'll be using this image:


Step 2: Dublicate your image, by right clicking on the layer and selecting dublicate layer.

Step 3: Go to Filter >> Blur >> Motion Blur.

Step 4: Match your settings to mine or play around with the settings.


Step 5: Now we have to change the blend mode of the second layer to overlay at 70% opacity.


Step 6: Here's is my finished result:
