Using Scripts

Main >> Tutorials >> Paint Shop Pro >> Using Scripts

Scripts is a very usefull thing. Instead of doing everything yourself, just click on a little button and relax! I use scripts more and more, it saves me a lot of time. Here's what you do.

Step 1: Find a script on the internet and download it or just use a script that already exists on Paint Shop Pro.

Step 2: After you have downloaded the script, open your Paint Shop Pro and the picture you want to use the script on.

Step 3: Then click on the little button with different scripts, like I've done under (if you can't see the scripts, click View >> Toolbars >> Script). Then click on the little folders on the side file locations.

Step 4: A new window will appear, here you have to click Add, in the upper rigth corner. Then Find the script you've just downloaded and open it.

Step 5: After you've clicked "ok" find the script you've added and play it on your picture. You do this by clicking on the play button like the picture under:

Step 6: Now just sit back and watch the computer finish the picture for you!
