Extended Background
You guys have asked me so much on how I make those backgrounds I'm using. So I've finally managed to make a tutorial on it. I think you can also make them in regular Paint, but I've made mine in Paint Shop Pro.
Step 1: To start with open a new dokument about this size: 2000x40
Step 2: Fill it with a color you like. I have chosen to fill it with lightgreen.
Step 3: Then use the rectangle tool, which looks like this: 
, choose a color you like and drag it out so it fills some parts of the layer. Here's how it should look like:
Step 4: Now it is done. If you want you can also put in some more rectangles to decorate it a little bit more.
Step 5: When you're done with the background, upload it to your site and paste the URL inside the code under:
