    Colorizing Eyes

    Here's another cool effect you can use on pictures. The picture I've used is not a good example, but I hope you like it:)


    Step 1: Start by opening the picture you're going to use in Paint Shop Pro. Here's the picture I will use:


    Step 2: Then scroll/zoom in on the picture and use the Freehand selection tool, which looks like this: and mark around the first eye, like I've done:


    Step 3: Then go to Adjust >> Hue and Saturation >> colourizing.

    Step 4: A new window will appear, here you can choose what color you want the eye to have. Here's my settings:


    Step 5: The only thing left now is to do the same thing with the other eye, and you're done. Here's my result:
