Color Bubbles

Here's a cute effect which I use on some layouts! I think it looks very good! And it is called color bubbles.


Step 1: The first thing you have to do is to make a layout or whatever you want to use.

Step 2: Then use the Paint Brush tool, which looks like this: . And fix your settings so they look like mine (if you have a smaller or bigger layout you can change the size of the tool):


Step 3: Choose a color and just click on the pictures where you want the bubbles to be. Here's how mine looks with bubbles:


Step 4: Now add some text and finish the picture the way you want it and then you're done:)
