Tornpaper effects has been really popular lately! You can actually make this effect in paint as well:)


Step 1: Start by finding a picture you want to use. I'll be using this picture.

Step 2: Use the Freehand selection tool, which looks like this . Start making a marking around the edges of the picture. Make sure it looks like it has been torn. Here's how mine looks:


Step 3: Now everything that is left is to decorate the layout and you're done!:)
