Rotating Colors
Rotating colors is an effect you can use on many things, it may look really cool on a link-button, but I will show how to do it on pixeltext. It is very easy to do.
Step 1: The first thing you do is to open the picture you want to use in Animation Shop 3. Black pictures will not work. Here's my image:
Step 2: Then click Effects >> Insert Image Effect...
Step 3: A new window will appear and here you have to select Rotating colors from the little effect menu.
Step 4: Then click "ok" and the animation is finished. Just save it and upload it. Here's how mine turned out:
