Making Glitter Fills
For this tutorial you need Paint Shop Pro (or Photo Shop) and Animation Shop 3. You can make your own glitter fills, which you can use when your making glitter words etc. It is actually not hard. I think there are more ways to make them, but this is the way I do it.
Step 1: Start by opening Paint Shop Pro, then open a new dokument by clicking on the icon, which looks like this: 
. Make it 100x100px. Then fill it with some kind of gradient or just a regular color.
Step 2: Now go to Adjust >> Add/Remove Noise >> Add noise.
Step 3: A new window will appear, here you can match your settings to mine.
Step 4: Now copy this brush and install it on your Paint Shop Pro. (If you don't know how to install it, check out this tutorial here.)
Step 5: When the brush is installed, select the Paint Brush tool, which looks like this: 
. Match your settings to mine and choose a white color.
Step 6: Click on the picture somewhere so it gets stars, maybe you have to click several times so the stars is more visible.
Step 7: Save the picture. Now you have one, and you have to make three. Just repeat all the steps two times more, but try to change the settings on the Add Noise part and rotate the star-brush so the start appears in a different place. Here's my three pictures:
Step 8: Open Animation Shop 3. Then open the three pictures you just made in Paint Shop Pro. Copy and paste all the pictures into one frame. Here's how they should look:
Step 9: Save the animation and upload it in imageshack or something. Here's how my glitter fill turned out:
