    Image Transitions

Main >> Tutorials >> Animation Shop 3 >> Image Transitions

Image transitions is how one picture turnes into another. I used this for the awards I gave out in layout challenge #5. It is really easy to do, just follow the instructions under.

Step 1: First of all, find some pictures you want to use. It looks better if the pictures have the same size. Here's the pictures I'm going to use:

Step 2: Then open all of the pictures in Animation Shop 3. Rightclick on the second picture and copy it, then rightclick on the first picture and choose Paste >> After Current Frame. Then do the same with the third picture, so all of them are in the same frame. Like this:

Step 3: Now click on the first picture, go to the toolbar at the top and select Effects >> Insert Image Transition...

Step 4: A new window will appear, here you can choose between alot of different effects. Make sure the settings is set on Animation Frame. When you have choosen one of the effects click "ok".

Step 5: When you've done that, do exactly the same thing to the two other pictures and you're done. If you want you can choose different transitions for each time. Here's how my animation turned out:
